Biography
Lina Pakrosnyte practices Tax Controversy and Litigation. She is an experienced corporate attorney with a focus on technology startups. She has worked as a General Counsel at several companies specializing in contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and employment related matters.
Ms. Pakrosnyte is passionate about helping entrepreneurs build successful businesses and reducing potential future litigation. She has been a mentor and a guest lecturer at the Founders Institute and the Depaul University Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
Ms. Pakrosnyte is a huge pet lover and has supported several Chicagoland animal rescue organizations. She lives in Chicago with her husband and son, and their rescue dog, Lola. She speaks fluent Lithuanian.
